2. Payment and Refunds You must pay the applicable fees for the Products at the time of purchase. We accept payments through our third-party payment processor. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PromptBible is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of such jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
